A UK technology partner built for the long term
Yervaq Solutions Ltd supports SMEs and mid-sized organisations across the United Kingdom with managed IT, security, cloud and software — independently, proactively, and for the long haul.
Founded on a simple observation about UK business IT
Yervaq Solutions Ltd was formed to close a gap that anyone who has run a growing UK business will recognise. Below a certain size you cannot justify an internal IT department. Above a certain size, the local one-person supplier can no longer keep up. In between sits a large group of ambitious organisations making do with technology that nobody truly owns.
We built the company we would have wanted in that position: a partner with the discipline and tooling of an enterprise IT function, delivered at a scale where you still know the person on the other end of the phone. That shapes everything from our onboarding audit to our decision to stay independent of vendor commission.
We work from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, and support businesses across the UK. Our experience sits in the sectors where downtime and data handling carry real consequences — manufacturing and construction, clinics and practices, retail, logistics, education and hospitality. Some organisations hand over the whole technology estate. Others bring us in for the one thing they cannot cover internally. Both are welcome, and both get the same standard of attention.
The measure we hold ourselves to is simple, and it will not change as we grow: a client should spend less time thinking about IT each year that we work together, not more.
Four principles we hire, price and plan around
They are not wall art. Each one costs us something — vendor commission, upsells, or the occasional project we talk a client out of.
Straight answers
We tell clients when a project is not worth doing, when their current supplier has done a decent job, and when the honest fix is cheaper than the impressive one.
Reliability before novelty
New technology has to earn its place. We adopt what is proven, keep what works, and retire what has quietly become a risk.
Useful innovation
Automation and AI are tools, not a pitch. We apply them where they remove real work — and leave them out where they would add complexity for its own sake.
Long relationships
Our best client relationships are measured in years, not projects. That only happens when the day-to-day service is genuinely good.
The commitments we start every relationship with
We are a young company. Rather than quote a track record we have not yet built, we publish the terms we sign up to on day one — and report against them every month.
15 min
Target first response for business-critical incidents, written into every agreement
08–18 Mon–Fri
Support hours included on every managed plan, with 24/7 cover on Enterprise
30 days
Notice period on managed agreements after the first three months — no multi-year tie-in
0%
Commission taken from hardware or software vendors, so advice stays independent
A method, not improvisation
The same four stages apply whether we are replacing a firewall or rebuilding a company's core operating systems.
Discover
We audit what you have, sit with the people who use it, and produce a plain-English report on risk, cost and quick wins. You keep the report whether or not you appoint us.
Plan
A prioritised roadmap with costs, timescales and clear owners. We agree what changes first, what can wait, and what we will measure to know it worked.
Deliver
Migrations, builds and rollouts run to a schedule that fits around your trading hours, with a tested rollback for every change and a single point of contact throughout.
Support
Daily helpdesk, monitoring and patching, backed by monthly performance reporting and a quarterly review that keeps the roadmap honest.
What every client gets in writing
Partnership is easy to claim. These are the specific commitments that appear in a Yervaq agreement.
- A named lead engineer who knows your estate, not a rotating queue
- Response targets written into the agreement and reported monthly
- Documentation, credentials and source code handed over on request
- No commission from hardware or software vendors
- Rolling agreements with 30 days' notice, not three-year lock-ins
- Plain-English reporting a non-technical board can act on
What you get that a general supplier will not offer
The differences that show up in week one, not after a year of waiting.
Proactive, not reactive
Monitoring, patching and scheduled reviews exist to stop tickets being raised at all. Fixing the cause rather than the symptom is the standard we work to on every estate we take on.
The same engineers, every time
You get a named lead engineer and a small team who learn your systems, your people and your busy periods. No overseas call centre, no reading from a script.
Independent by design
We are not tied to a reseller quota, so when we recommend a product it is because it suits your situation and budget — and we will happily tell you when you do not need to buy anything.
Answers in minutes
A 15-minute response target on critical issues, written into your agreement rather than buried in a brochure, and a monthly report showing exactly how we performed against it.
Technology tied to the business plan
Quarterly reviews cover risk, spend and what is coming next, in language a board can act on. You should never be surprised by an IT bill or an IT problem.
Security in the baseline
Multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, backup testing and staff training are part of how we run an estate — not an upsell we introduce after an incident.
