Why Yervaq

Built for businesses that need IT to be a non-issue

We are not the cheapest supplier in the market, and we are not trying to be. We are the one that stops the same problem happening for a third time.

Our commitment

If we would not recommend it to a business we own, we will not recommend it to yours.

Every engagement starts with an audit you keep, whether or not you appoint us.

Proactive, not reactive

Monitoring, patching and scheduled reviews exist to stop tickets being raised at all. Fixing the cause rather than the symptom is the standard we work to on every estate we take on.

The same engineers, every time

You get a named lead engineer and a small team who learn your systems, your people and your busy periods. No overseas call centre, no reading from a script.

Independent by design

We are not tied to a reseller quota, so when we recommend a product it is because it suits your situation and budget — and we will happily tell you when you do not need to buy anything.

Answers in minutes

A 15-minute response target on critical issues, written into your agreement rather than buried in a brochure, and a monthly report showing exactly how we performed against it.

Technology tied to the business plan

Quarterly reviews cover risk, spend and what is coming next, in language a board can act on. You should never be surprised by an IT bill or an IT problem.

Security in the baseline

Multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, backup testing and staff training are part of how we run an estate — not an upsell we introduce after an incident.

Service standards

What we commit to from day one

Yervaq Solutions is a new company, and we would rather publish the standards we hold ourselves to than borrow someone else's track record. These terms appear in every agreement we sign, and we report against them monthly.

How we work

Discover, plan, deliver, support

A sequence we follow on every engagement, from a ten-user office move to a multi-site infrastructure programme.

Stage 01

Discover

We audit what you have, sit with the people who use it, and produce a plain-English report on risk, cost and quick wins. You keep the report whether or not you appoint us.

Stage 02

Plan

A prioritised roadmap with costs, timescales and clear owners. We agree what changes first, what can wait, and what we will measure to know it worked.

Stage 03

Deliver

Migrations, builds and rollouts run to a schedule that fits around your trading hours, with a tested rollback for every change and a single point of contact throughout.

Stage 04

Support

Daily helpdesk, monitoring and patching, backed by monthly performance reporting and a quarterly review that keeps the roadmap honest.

Client experience

What partnership looks like in practice

A sample of feedback from clients across manufacturing, professional services and healthcare.

We moved from a break-fix arrangement to Yervaq on a Professional plan and the difference was obvious inside a month. Tickets are answered in minutes, and the quarterly review actually tells us what to plan for.

Rachel AinsworthOperations Director, Kirkstall Fabrications Ltd

The security audit was refreshingly honest. No scaremongering, just a list of what to fix, in order, with costs. We passed our first client security questionnaire three months later without breaking a sweat.

Daniel OkaforManaging Partner, Halstead & Rowe LLP

Our server migration happened over a weekend and the practice opened on Monday as normal. They were on site at 7am to make sure. That is the reason we have stayed with them for three years.

Questions

The things every prospective client asks

Business-critical issues are picked up within 15 minutes during business hours. Every plan has a written response target, and we report against it every month rather than asking you to take our word for it.

Enterprise clients get 24/7 monitoring and an out-of-hours number that reaches an engineer, not an answering service.

No. Most clients start with one area — usually helpdesk or security — and expand once they are confident in how we work. We are happy to co-exist with an internal IT person or an incumbent supplier during a handover.

If you do want to move everything, onboarding typically takes two to four weeks and runs to a documented plan agreed with you first.

Managed plans run on a rolling 12-month term with 30 days' notice after the first three months. Project work is fixed price against an agreed scope. We would rather keep clients because the service is good than because the paperwork is tight.

We are built for 10 to 250 users: large enough to feel the pain of unmanaged IT, small enough that a real relationship matters. We are set up for single-site offices, multi-site retail and construction operations, and remote-first teams across the UK.

Most issues are resolved remotely, which is faster for everyone. When hands are needed on site we attend — included on managed plans across Yorkshire and the North, and arranged nationwide for planned works and projects.

Yes. We act as second and third line for internal teams, cover holidays and peak periods, and take on the specialist work — security, cloud migrations, automation — that a one or two person team cannot absorb alongside daily support.
